Pros
A great group of individuals that truly care about their work and each other. It's a positive attitude team that are all striving to get stronger as a company. The company is just the right size - big enough to have interesting challenges but small enough that everyone knows each other and works together. The people that do well here are well rounded and willing to help out in multiple areas. Management is very open and willing to take feedback and allows employees to take initiative and leadership when warranted.
Cons
Things can be unorganized at times. Nothing worse than any other similar sized business, but it can be different if you are coming from a larger organization where everything is documented and structured. The multiple departments could work closer together on projects and make the company stronger as a whole. Office location isn't the greatest.
