BAD - Associate CompuMed Services Employee Review

Im so tired with the management, CRM, and IT departments. Never do their job and keep blaming staff for complaining, etc. Don't you ever realise that your manpower is low? You want to take care of your client, but you also didn't take care of your staff benefits. The client is also stupid; choose a cheaper TPA than what do you expect?  You also want to cut costs and didn't admit it to your own staff.  Old equipment, IT doesn't know how to do work, a lot of errors. CRM didn't give the correct information, stupid program. Suggesting stupid ideas. manager loverbird. biased with other teams in the department.
