Pros
I really enjoy the work that I do, and enjoy the people that I work with. My manager is easy to talk to and to get along with. She is great at showing her appreciation of the work that you do, and is willing to work with you in scheduling needs when possible.
Cons
I have worked in this field for close to 15 years and I find it frustrating that people who have worked here for less than 5 years (and less than 5 years of experience) are on the same pay rate as I am.
