Pros
I used to like working here. Salary and incentives were good. Employees were valued when I started... birthday bonus and leaves were a strong feature, Diwali and Christmas hampers were distributed. There was fun and they also had good managers in the past. Annual excursions and get togethers are still there. Placement targets were reasonable at that time.
Cons
Birthday bonuses have stopped, hampers have stopped post the lockdown, management gives awards and recognises only certain/same people every quarter, a big salary chunk was deducted at the time of COVID for few people even though the company was making enough of money, top most leaders are not aware of what goes on in the various locations. Managers brag so much that it is almost deceiving and newbies join thinking they are going to earn in lakhs (Earning that much comes with years of experience and good client database/connect and generally for IT roles, not for non IT) but this is what new employees are led to believe, HR is just a puppet and do not have minds of their own, employees are not valued, anyone is made a manager without tests, trainings and a proper interview process as a result people who are not fit for the role occupy the seat and micromanage because they do not know how to manage, unreasonable targets from management, stressful environment ( a few monthly events does not negate the stress caused to the employee), notice period is waived off without consulting the employee (many times employees need time to manage finances and plan their notice period based on so many factors.) But as soon as you resign, you will suddenly get a call from HR and you are told that it is your last day and your access is revoked hours later.) ,,, there is no choice given to the employee.
