Computer Task Group Response
2yWe appreciate your feedback and recognizing our culture of trust between all levels of the organization. Managers avoid micromanaging by empowering employees with the autonomy to complete tasks and achieve deliverables using their unique talents and skillsets. In fact, in our recent Great Place to Work survey, 91% of our employees stated that “Management trusts people to do a good job without watching over their shoulders”. This statistic illustrates the trust our managers place in their teams. In terms of feedback, we’re disappointed to hear our review process fell short for you. We have an established, formalized annual review process that sets clear objectives within the first 30 days of an employee’s assignment so that milestones and deliverables are understood from the beginning. At least annually, managers initiate our review process which includes employee self evaluation, peer feedback, and management ratings of the objectives set at the beginning of the assignment. Goals and objectives for the coming year are also discussed, ensuring career path options are a part of the conversation. We encourage all employees to speak with their manager about any feedback or performance review concerns.
