Con Edison's GOLD program offers recent graduates a great way to get experience in the work force. The program is 18 months long and is made up of three six month rotations. They have great benefits and 401K.
Cons
The GOLD program can send you anywhere in New York. The job is a 24/7 operation; a lot of time is put in, but it allows for you to learn a great deal in a short period of time.
