Thank you for sharing your thoughts. It is true that the management style of each division is not 100% uniform. We allow our managers--and all of our employees--a great deal of autonomy. The basics, however, such as solid values, high quality training, and customer commitment, are consistent across the board. It is disappointing to hear that you had such an overall negative view of our company. Know that your feedback will be taken seriously and shared with our management team.
