Salaries were never given on time very rude management micro management No support from senior associates I regret to say that my experience with Company has been highly disappointing. From the very beginning, one of the major issues I faced was the consistent delay in receiving my salary. It seemed as though the company had little regard for the financial well-being of its employees, and this lack of timely payment created unnecessary stress and financial difficulties. Furthermore, the management at Company displayed a shocking level of rudeness and disrespect towards its employees. Instead of fostering a supportive and encouraging work environment, they adopted a micro-management approach that stifled creativity and autonomy. This excessive control over every aspect of our work not only hindered productivity but also led to a demoralizing atmosphere. To make matters worse, the senior associates, who should have provided guidance and support, were completely unhelpful. They showed no interest in mentoring or assisting their junior colleagues, leaving us to struggle and figure things out on our own. The lack of support from those in higher positions created a sense of isolation and hindered our professional growth. Additionally, the use of inappropriate language by the management was both unprofessional and offensive. Such behavior created a hostile work environment and made it difficult to maintain a positive attitude towards our work. It is essential for any company to cultivate a culture of respect and professionalism, which was clearly lacking at Company. Another concerning issue I experienced was the company's practice of retaining employees' passports. This action raises serious ethical concerns and is a violation of personal rights and freedom. Employees should not be subjected to such control and should be able to maintain possession of their own identification documents. Moreover, the lack of appreciation for employees' hard work and dedication was disheartening. Despite our efforts to meet and exceed expectations, there was a consistent absence of recognition or acknowledgment. A simple gesture of appreciation can go a long way in motivating employees and fostering a sense of loyalty towards the company, which Company clearly failed to understand. Furthermore, the company offered minimum pay with no prospects for a pay raise. This low compensation, coupled with the absence of salary increments, showcased the management's disregard for the value and contributions of its employees. It is crucial for a company to provide fair and competitive compensation to attract and retain talented individuals, which was clearly lacking in this case. Lastly, the management at Company displayed clear bias in their decision-making process. It seemed as though favoritism played a significant role in promotions, opportunities, and treatment within the company. Such a biased environment breeds resentment and demotivation among employees, negatively impacting overall morale and productivity.
