Too bad no pros to mention

Work pressure. Even has to work Ot without Extra pay, Even have to work on weekends.

No pros.....company looks good from outside....from inside, its a mess.....lots of incompetent people have gone to the top especially so called CTO....

. Vision-less Unethical Top management. 2. Non meritorious boot-licking culture. 3. Non timely payment of salary- Expect a delay of 10-15 days every month. 4. Promoter driven company- Top management consists of members of a family-No scope for an outsider to reach the top no matter how well he performs. 5. Extremely high attrition rate. 6. The performance bonus is never paid. 7. Salary increment/appraisal is even worse than Government Company.
