Pros
Relaxed work environment Good management Low stress job, without people breathing down your neck to finish something. Not a lot of overtime, they consider your work to family ratio.
Cons
Long time as a temp, There isn't much I can complain about here. It really is a good job working with good people. I'm having a hard time coming up with twenty words of cons.
