      Pros

      I feel respected and valued. Open communication is encouraged. Management tries to make a path for growth, if that's what you want. Health benefits are great for the family. One of the first companies where I don't feel penalized for taking time off for appointments.

      Cons

      More one-on-ones would be nice. The pay isn't the best, but the lower stress levels balance it out.

      Pros

      No micromanagement. Freedom to make own decisions on clients/project that directly affect my financial outcome. Relaxed office atmosphere.

      Cons

      Not a place for someone who is looking to be told exactly what to do everyday. Have to be a self starter which isn't the perfect fit for everyone.

      company caps salaries at 50-55 thousand a year no retirement outside an ESOP share that you cant really get any details on Management is vague and the company is split up against each other by department
