Simply: The medical leads are ruthless and willing to sacrifice their providers at the slightest whim. The medical leadership's model is to micromanage and control the APPs, while simultaneously blaming them for any overwrought and unclear systemic failures. They like to report just about anything a provider does that they do not like without contextualizing it or working with the provider directly to collaborate. The provider is assumed to always be wrong. There also have been multiple rounds of layoffs, where leadership consistently expressed that those laid off deserved to be. Don't just take my word for it. More than 20 advanced practice providers that worked there in 2024 left by the end of 2025.
