Pros

Work/life balance No weekends/ holidays/ off shifts Fair pay

Cons

No career ascension path for RN’s wanting to navigate through different roles in the company. People are hired from the outside with lofty degrees and RN’s are asked to do “stretch assignments” that never result in promotion. The company is very C and D level top heavy. Concerto needs more actual workers and less directors.

Pros

Has a great view of what should be happening in medicine, with moments that matter, aging in place, keeping patients out of the hospital.

Cons

This is a company with unrealistic goals. They expect tasks to be completed including extensive documentation without the time to do so, not enough driving time to see the patients. There is so much education that Im not even doing medicine anymore. Poor management, that trickles down to poor schedules and poor patient and employee satisfaction.
