      Pay is good to keep you their to take their abuse

      Cons

      Terrible on-boarding, terrible training. Abusive behavior from the 3 top leaders of the company. Killing a 62 yr business. They do not exude the characteristics of their own mission statement.

      Pros

      Hours were somewhat flexible, two locations in Southwest Florida, good work/life balance

      Cons

      Too much turnover in leadership lead to alot of turnover in general causing a shift in company culture. Pay raises were minimal.
