Working at Conductix-Wampfler Sdn Bhd was a frustrating experience. I was hired as an HR Specialist, but instead of handling a full range of HR tasks, I was mostly assigned payroll duties with no proper guidance or workflow. The company’s finance team was toxic, making the job even more stressful, and there was a complete lack of support from management. One of the biggest issues was the poor leadership—my manager lacked proper people management skills, and HR processes were not structured. Workplace bullying was tolerated, making it an uncomfortable and demoralizing environment. Instead of fostering teamwork and efficiency, the company had a culture of blame-shifting and poor communication.

Overall, if you’re looking for a supportive and professional workplace, I would not recommend this company. The lack of organization, toxic team dynamics, and poor leadership make it a stressful place to work.
