      Pros

      4 day working week. Overtime available. Zero career progression.

      Cons

      Very poor management, don’t really get any clear instructions. Production Team always the problem if anything goes wrong. Very bad planning and scheduling. No respect for ‘little guys’ on the shop floor. Rate of pay for what you do is appalling. Overall worst place I’ve worked in a long time.
