Pros

Some of the Team leaders were nice

Cons

No support - Not enough staff starting, thrown on the phones with real customers from the get go, a weeks training is not enough(and that wasn't even on the phones that was in a class). reprimanded for having a conversation with a customer, then reprimanded when you didn't Sales targets almost impossible because the customer was already angry coming through due to wait times.
