I worked with the best people in Lafayette, no question. There's no office quite so full of wonderful, creative, and encouraging people.

It was fine to work part-time, where you were told how to assemble something, how much to assemble, and how many you'd need to finish by a certain time. As a full-time employee, it was very stressful managing the part-time employees, prioritizing a queue of hundreds of orders, packaging and reviewing every single item assembled, and running more than one Cricut cutting machine. Oh, and if you are talking or one of your machine stops, you are reprimanded and asked why you aren't keeping up. Positions and office changes are regular (talking monthly), so it always seems like no one can finally get into a routine before they are changing everything all over again. I constantly felt as if I was never good enough, and yet...I know I was.
