This firm is racist and lacks diversity and culture. They will want you to conform to the standard of everyone else. There will be an expectation that you are boring and regular, and if not, you will passively aggressively be bullied into conforming. This is an unprofessional firm that fails to practice proper emotional intelligence. It does not have proper policies and protocols in place for employees pertaining to dress code, employee conduct, sexual misconduct, bullying, and etc. The expectations are vague and leave room for manipulation and foul play. This is an unhealthy and toxic environment that can lead to instability and insecurity. There is no guidance. There is no clear understanding of expectations or satisfaction.
