Pros
Pros: You make good friends with other employees because you’re all in it together. I’ve made some lifelong friends at this place. The fact that one out of a dozen is still at this company should be telling… For my role, I had some flexibility, too, which was appreciated when raising a young family.
Cons
Cons: I could go on and on. The owner was absolutely awful and didn’t understand the concept of investing in his business. His wife owns it now and is not much better from what I’ve hear. Computers are from early 2000s. Half the time we couldn’t open files from advertisers because equipment was so old. Pay was laughable. Like truly underpaid.
