Disappointing - Anonymous employee Connect Catering Employee Review

You will be safe if you do everything the MDs want. The people they don’t like they “manage out” as they call it. Saw many people go from the best team employee, to being getting forced out the company, through forms of bullying. Very upsetting to see colleague getting signed off with stress, put on via the MDs. Staff are treated differently depending on how liked you are. I know people that have got told off for being 5mins early and nothing said to people that are 10mins late.
