-principles do not know how to manage projects or communicate/delegate tasks effectively
-principles do not take personal responsibility for project management and consistently place blame on others
-principles are controlling and particular with poor communication of expectations
-non-existent onboarding/training process
-unsupportive working environment (co-workers are fantastic, principles are challenging to work with/for)
-a culture of feedback/critique that is overly negative, unhelpful and unsupportive
-it is not a collaborative design studio culture
-do not have technical/software expertise or systems in place to ensure consistent or quality drawings
-high employee dissatisfaction and turnover rate
-rigid office-only work policy, not at all open to remote flexibility
