Pros

*Anything stated in this review is based on my own opinion They allow hybrid working, although like alot of these 'hybrid' companies I would say that they do encourage people to come to the office if there is space and you can feel that there is this underlying desire to get people in more, especially if your team lead/manager comes in frequently -Colleagues are friendly and willing to help

Cons

*Anything stated in this review is based on my own opinion -Hustle culture, but like im talking 80's sales desk style hustle culture, with cringey incentives for sales performance -Product leaves little to be desired and thats me putting it mildly -Weird lad culture, wolf of wall street style (without the glam and money) -Benefits are lack luster compared to similar companies ive worked at -High turnover, there always seems to be someone who 'left' a.k.a probably got let go -Also I find it funny that after some bad glassdoor reviews there seem to be many 5 star reviews posted one after another, looks very sus -If you work in sales everyone sits next to each other and does there sales pitch, which is annoying to say the least, its like working in a noisy cafeteria, listening to the most insufferable conversations -Drank the koolaid/teachers pet types who love going into the office all the time and actively encourage others to

Pros

Great place to work if you enjoy a fast-paced environment and super friendly, supportive colleagues. The work feels genuinely meaningful and impactful, with a strong mission and vision that people truly believe in, work towards, and are incentivised around. There are events where you can connect with team members, including initiatives like the Ladies of Connectd monthly, which is fab! There are also weekly shoutouts and recognition, alongside a globally distributed team. I've found there is plenty of opportunity to grow and progress, while picking up valuable skills and building a strong network with really interesting people. In my experience both teams and leadership have been supportive and approachable. You’re really encouraged to contribute ideas, improve processes, and take ownership—and you actually get to see those ideas come to life! Another big plus is the flexibility, including options like working from abroad, which makes a big difference for work-life balance

Cons

Not too many that come to mind in my experience so far, working for a startup you'll have to be agile and things can move quick!

They want the bet for their teams to succeed while remaining encouraging and supportive - Dedication and good work is recognised and shared on weekly team round-ups - Great opportunity to rise through the ranks quickly - Excellent opportunities to make connections with c-suite executives - Quick company growth, so opportunities arise from time to time to trial what processes lead to the best outcomes - Supportive and friendly team members & environment - Half-day Fridays & hybrid working - Bike storage in a shared commercial building (often there is a free space if you’re early enough) - Occasional social events to get to know fellow teammates better - Casual / smart casual wear - Predominantly young professional environment (most staff are in their 20s-30s)

Cons

- Administratively heavy at times but they are actively working to streamline workload processes and you are well supported
