Pros

You start off with a great training period before you actually get into the field. Could be a week, could be two weeks but it's ultimately up to you. You get to learn from the awesome Corporate Trainers as well as the owner himself on how to operate effectively and succeed much quicker. You also get to learn how to form fundamental sales skills and communication skills that you can take with you anywhere you decide to go.

Cons

Not many cons if I'm being honest. If i had to find one I suppose, it's maybe the driving aspect of it. Multiple field locations could feel like a hassle at times but it's nit too bad.

Pros

For those who have a constantly changing schedule, being a student, parent, or jay juggling life, this company is the best one for creating your own hours and schedules. It has a wide range of business opportunities. Not only is there a boss who’s constantly on your team helping you learn and grow, he’s also there for his team. He shared his knowledge and helps you get in contact with other sources in order to help you learn the business and what it takes to run in. The best part about working here is that your potential is uncapped. Your work speaks for yourself and how you get promoted.

Cons

Can’t really say there are any. Sometimes it can be the drives to different locations of the retailer.

Pros

The growth potential and opportunity that Connected Legacies has to offer is something like I’ve never seen before. I’ve never worked for a company where they lay out a blue print on how to work your way up in the business so fast. The CEO, Ben, is one of the most stand ups guys I know and I cannot wait to continue my journey here!!

Cons

The hardest part for me has to be the rejection aspect. I don’t think us as humans were programmed to get that much rejection in such a short amount of time, day after day, but the trainers and leaders in the office do provide tools and tips on how to over come challenges like rejection and any sort of obstacles that may come our way. Ive come to realize that it’s all just a learning curve and your attitude and perception are going to be your biggest hurdles, not only in this job, but in life!!
