No support from Management
CEO is highly emotional and does not make rational decisions. Will pass off confrontational conversation and involve other employees to remove the blame. Schedules are inconsistent. Does not maintain professional relationships. Speaks ill of his employees to clients. Will not support the consultants decisions - always takes the clients side. He is exemplary example of how an employer should NOT treat employees. Would not recommend the company to anyone, client or potential employee. Comical that the only employees that have posted positive reviews are current employees. Current Employees - once this flexible schedule accompanied with generalist responsibilities no longer suits your needs, he will attempt to backlist you. He will not maintain conversations you had in confidence. BE WARE OF THIS “Employer of Choice” - would rather be unemployed than work for ConnectedHR again. Businesses - do NOT work with ConnectedHR unless you would like an abysmally negative experience.
