Pros

Co-workers are good and make it tolerable

Cons

The general manager is a dictator and bipolar and if you will fire people for no reason or discipline them, but majority of the time he has one of his right hands fire the person

Pros

Great (and possibly unmatched benefits): Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, free rides on all services, 401k, IRA, some discounts on utilities

Cons

Communication between departments is an issue. It hinders the efficiency of the company as a whole, and can make you question what kind of place you're working in. It can be difficult to move up in the company--many people who work there serve a life tenure in their roles, so you have to play the long game or look elsewhere if you want something bigger.

Pros

Headline as seen on many memes across social media platforms. Author unknown. Pay was decent, benefits were worth their weight in gold, not all management was bad, there was actually a few great ones there, most of the time I was working independently, underground parking where the whole property was secure and fenced in was a nice touch, birthday paid day off was awesome, majority of the nonmanagement staff are a great group of people, work/life balance was good as well.

Cons

Management were awful, absolutely toxic. Unless your a friend or family member of the building owner or garage director, your not going to be treated like royalty. Employee inequality and favoritism at its absolute finest. If the garage director finds anything he doesn't like about you, he'll go above and beyond to put a target on your back despite going against policy procedure. I went above and beyond what I was hired to do and was never really appreciated. Despite having Teamster benefits, I felt their healthcare by far outweighed the backing of keeping my job safe and secure. My immediate director was a problem before I even started but I had no choice to take the job because of the pay and benefits.
