Pros
They allow you to pick and choose which companies you want to work with. everyone here is awesome! there is an abundant amount of free food/lunches/breakfast's. Great vacation time when starting out. if you put in the time, you will be rewarded.
Cons
This isnt really a con, but you start from scratch and build your business. It's mostly described as hard work, which some people dont like to do. At the end of the day, it is not for everyone, just like every job.
