      Pros

      - Great work environment and team - A lot of opportunity to learn and grow within the organization - Flexible schedule in regards to working in and out the office - Salary and Quarterly/Annual bonus are decent

      Cons

      - The hours are from 9-6 and it is a little longer than I'm accustom to - They are only 7-8 observed holidays for the year - I feel like the company has a lot more potential but something is holding it back

Connection offers up to 10 paid company holidays which includes 2-3 floating holidays in addition to 3 weeks of vacation time, 8 hours volunteer and wellness time. We encourage you to speak with your manager about alternative working hours to improve your work/life balance.

      Pros

      Work with excellent and experienced team that support each other. We have a lot of offerings and capabilities to promote and sell.

      Cons

      Long hours, huge focus on making and exceeding quota, very competitive industry with low margins to win large deals.
