Pros

The money was decent, the team was pretty helpful and nice the hours was OK it was remote work

Cons

Terrible management all together the supervisor and manger was very confusing to work with one manager saying your doing a great job the supervisor saying your not doing good and never try to help you the training wasn't even real training you got three days of training then thrown on the phones to look crazy like I barely knew what I was doing on the phone the training was not good the management wasn't good they like to micromanage you and tell you your idle time on the phone is to long if it's a help desk role shouldn't be worried about how long you have gotten a call soñé days it's gone be alot of calls others probably not shouldn't be making your employees feel like trash and they can be thrown away at any given time supervisor always degraded me any chance he got I will never work at another connection IT company ever again and I will not be recommending no one to apply here all you will receive here is horrible management micromanaging supervisors degrading there employees instead of going them do not apply here run as fast as you can you will be highly stressed out it's not worth it they will treat you like your lower then dirt

Long hours, huge focus on making and exceeding quota, very competitive industry with low margins to win large deals.
