Pros
The only "pro" I can think of is that by working at Connexall one is not unemployed...
Cons
The company's CEO and middle management are terrible. I've seen "dictatorial" leaderships before but at least they knew what they were doing... not the case here. There is zero leadership, zero guidance, zero planning, zero training, and yet the CEO expects staff to deliver flawlessly, punishing severely any mistake, no matter how small... Middle management is either scared or too incompetent to say/do anything about the CEO, so they are basically just puppets with the CEO's hand crammed up their behinds working their mouths to move. There is no structure in place, no transparency in contracts, wages and bonuses. Management makes very poor decisions, only to change their minds the following day and change all processes that were already in place, which obviously affects productivity. I've seen coworkers get "robbed" of bonuses or commissions they were entitled to by management, with no justification whatsoever. Expect zero progress in your career and even mentioning a performance review is tabu within management. Customers' main complaint is regarding the sales process taking too long or sometimes being overly priced, which in turn is solely due to the CEO and middle management changing their minds on a daily basis, not committing to previously signed contracts and deals, or simply not having a clue of what they are doing. Same with partners and resellers; Management, being greedy as they are, changes items or processes from one day to the other, not caring about previously signed contracts and deals... There are a lot of very bad things to talk about, but to sum it up, I guess it kind of resembles what a factory in the 20's was like: staff are the CEO's "property".
