      Pros

      The PTO and coworkers were the best parts

      Cons

      The pay was not good. In some departments, people would watch you and wait for you to do something wrong. No team work. Never worked with a company that let you know how much money they make, yet does not respect its workers.

      I love working with this population and its right in the school

      Cons

      Tricky to coordinate schedules of kids and absences etc- but truly not a big deal.

      Short commute, easy interview process

      Cons

      Very high turnover, double standards. They can't keep dental staffed and HR schedules their days around where to got next to fire someone. Lots of layoffs since 2025 due to poor financial planning.
