Nice people, friendly office, a few benefits like working from home 4 days a week and snacks.

Pay isn't good. Copywriters seem to be at the bottom of the office hierarchy while having to do a very large volume of incredibly monotonous work. They are also required to track their hours to the minute (this is explained as being for the client to see our chargeable hours).

From the very first day, I felt welcomed here. The team is friendly, easy to work with, and always happy to collaborate, so it’s not hard to feel like you belong. Management is also approachable and supportive. They’re there when you need guidance but also trust you to get on with things. Work-life balance is genuinely respected, with hybrid and flexible working making it much easier to juggle personal and professional commitments. The office itself is comfortable and well thought out, with a positive atmosphere that makes coming in enjoyable. Overall, it’s the kind of workplace where people are valued and where you can do your best work.
