Pros
Customer Service Management in my location is fantastic. They are supportive and compassionate to those who do not take advantage of perks. Wonderful benefits. WFH full-time. I feel supported within the confines of the location.
Cons
Laying off a huge chunk of CS agents, CS managers, project management + engineers in March 2024 did not help morale. A lot of the employees remaining lost their support systems and were expected to keep up the same level of work. Upper echelon is completely unaware of how much work was done by Customer Support prior to the layoffs so now things are quite stressful.
