Pros
They are flexible with scheduling. That’s about it.
Cons
They do not do pay raises because we should feel lucky to work for a company that gives us “control” over our pay rate. So this job essentially works that you get an amount of payments to make an hour, plus an error rate to stay above. So you will request lines, and these lines are a ton of different providers, logins that don’t work, and providers that don’t accept our payment info. We have been told we were left with the trash accounts. So the only way we have to increase our pay, they stopped. They restrict the amount of time we can use that doesn’t go against our payments time. And they don’t solve the issues that are taking us so long. Discussions will be stopped in our chat because they don’t want us to discuss anything negative. Or upper management will post something, not answer any questions about it, and push it off onto lower management. I have also been in meetings that we have been laughed at for asking questions. This company has completely changed, and they aren’t great. They don’t pay to cover the cost of living, that is the most important part.
