They act on feedback and actually listen to their employees which was new to me. They expect hard work, but it's okay because I like working hard.

None so far for me

My direct supervisor and her supervisor were great. They listened and would try their best to be flexible, friendly and understanding.

However, it felt like upper management was actively working against middle management and entry level workers. They constantly did the opposite of what my management was working towards to improve the company and work environment. It felt like they intentionally kept burning out all of middle management and entry level workers and then not replacing them.
