Fast pace work and ability to collaborate with different departments to gain new skills and experiences Few executive and management staff that were wonderful to work with

When new executive management came in, the whole atmosphere and operations changed. New management wanted to run the small office as a big corporation. Also, in one of the departments there were sneaky underhand decisions and actions.
