Good company culture, employees are encouraged to provide feedback for improvements. Good place to learn the ropes of the energy industry, you will learn a lot from really knowledgeable people who have been at the company for decades. Room for growth, and the benefits are really good.

Management changes are frequent, and procedures are also ever-changing. Too many frequent system upgrades that require testing each month.
