Pros

They have decent benefits, such as health insurance, 401K, pension. Also, pay is decent. Promote from within.

Cons

Poor management. Management does not support employees. I agree with the previous reviews. The employees are lazy and somewhat paranoid. Many people call in sick on a regular basis. This is a sign of unhappy employees and poor management. They cannot hold onto good employees. These employees are not allowed to shine, and, as a result, they end up quitting. The management wants people to follow like sheep. They do not encourage training or leadership. The paranoia so apparent here holds people back and prevents the credit union from living up to its full potential. They could be great. They just need the right leadership.

Pros

Great company that helped me jump start my professional career, I have nothing but good thing to say about everyone here. They promote from within and really want all their employees to grow within the business Friendly environment, busy, pay is good.

Pros

Decent pay, some decent staff, benefits okay. Relaxed business attire.

Cons

The unprofessionalism I have seen here is mind-boggling.The last reviewer is correct: employees WILL act as though you want their job, and I have seen some stymie the progress of employees who showed promise and worked harder than the rest. I've seen tellers literally say "What's up, sir?" to customers, surf the internet (a serious security risk!), chat on their cellphone, make racial and sexual jokes at the expense of others, and management arrive late and leave early yet chew out others who do the same. The few professionals that are here seem too polite to speak up or mysteriously leave/get ousted. Customers can be rude, as well, yet this could be a sign of bad customer service to begin with. There are some Save your time and look elswhere.
