Awesome leadership, especially our CEO. IT has improved soooo much. Current IT team is awesome and are really making a difference. The many changes in IT are improving the environment. IT is more collaborative now and I can start to see the positive changes they are making. Claims, underwriting and business ops support work tremendously hard. Company is serious about transforming and growing. Aggressive strategy. Friendly people. Dedicated and loyal employees.

Cons

Our old technology was really bad but that is changing for the better now.

It was one of the best places to work in until they promoted toxic and manipulative people to upper management positions.

Cons

After they promoted toxic and manipulative lady to VP, she promoted other toxic people for their failed projects and unnecessary expenses while talented people are being held back and are quitting.
