It's difficult to see this company continue to gasp for air since at one point, things were turning the corner and positive changes were beginning to be made. The current leadership (especially in HR) is concerning. There is 0 culture. Don't speak up about mismanagement or favoritism - you will be managed out and/or placed on a PIP no matter what department you're in.
