Absolutely terrible - Maintenance Technician Constellium Employee Review

Management is an absolute circus. There’s definitely a “good ole boy” system in play. If you don’t go out to eat and kiss your boss’ butt then forget about getting treated decently. Many times I’ve heard people called stupid and even worse. Not to mention the air quality inside is absurdly bad. At least it seems that way. Micro particles of aluminum and who knows what else everywhere. I would never work here again. Even if they paid me a million a year.
