If you are a fresh graduate, this is probably the best consultancy. - They pay decent and on time - Find jobs quick -decent benefits -Helps in H1b -Casual atmosphere But if you are someone with experience you must find a full time job. No consultancy can provide you what you really deserve.
Cons
-Last pay takes forever -No paid leaves till you complete 2 years (like really guys how can you) - communication gaps sometimes
