      Pros

      Those new to the organization receive the mentoring that enables long term success. More senior and developed team members have complete autonomy to run their businesses. You can dress however you feel appropriate, create a schedule that works best for you (within reason) and the environment is pet friendly. This firm feels like a family - everyone wants to see their colleagues succeed. Awesome earning opportunity. The more work you "put in" the greater financial rewards you will see in your business. Overall a wonderful place to work.

      Cons

      Amazing earning potential, but not for those that ONLY want a 9-5 where they can be assured of a steady income no matter how they spend their time in the office. Hard work pays off. Literally.

      Pros

      Everyone in the office is very helpful! Friendly, optimistic people. Everyone gets to work in their own office. There are no cubicals, and the dress code is relaxed. Some days I come to work in dress shoes, while others, I choose to wear flip flops. We are a small, tight-knit family. We want to see people around us succeed, and when one person gets a placement, it motivates the rest of us to do the same.

      Cons

      Very results oriented. Work can come before personal life since this is a commission based business.
