Pros

Working hours are good. Company Holidays are good. Nearly all teammates are great to work with.

Cons

The pay is ridiculously low. They make changes nearly every day and sometimes they don't even tell us. The QC agents don't know what they are doing and giving false or incorrect information. Upper management does not care about the little guy. Clients are continually given false information just so they will join the program.

Pros

Executive Management has made alot of changes and the firm feels alot different (for the better) and things are stabilizing. Head Attorney, COO and Head of HR are solid. Staffing is more solid. Direction is more clear.

Cons

Some of the lower level staff/managers need more experience in handling workload and ad hoc situations

Cons: • Immature and disconnected leadership • Very poor office morale • Leadership claimed to value employee feedback but rarely acted on it • Heavy micromanagement from the CEO and upper management • Clear favoritism toward certain employees regardless of performance • Lack of trust and transparency within the company culture • Company mission and internal culture did not feel aligned
