All staff is very welcoming, and there are lots of opportunities for growth.

Benefits were great. PTO was generous. Coworkers were awesome.

Leadership was awful. The "We're Family!" agenda was pushed ALL THE TIME. If you don't bend over backwards to "look good" for higher-ups, you'll be canned. Out-of-touch executives. Stingy with raises. The nepotism is strong here as well. Don't feel comfortable going to HR with issues because they're all besties with each other.
