It was a small company so there was always work to do, the people there were great to work with.

For the position I was in there was no room for growth, because the company was small I would have had to wait for someone's retirement to be able to further my career.

Because everyone does a bit of everything you tend to learn a bit of everything which opens doors for the future.

Because it's a small but growing company there aren't enough opportunities for growth. Compensation is decent.
