Overall I thought this was a good company to work for. I went in with Torrid and ended up with Belk. I had read all the reviews about the company before I started and was extremely nervous but I rarely had any issues other than it did take awhile for managers to help reach out about issues when we were on the phones.

I had some personal issues in my life, kept my supervisor updated on my situation, got switched to another supervisor, had to explain my situation again, less than a week later I woke up and I was locked out of my account. My supervisor refused to give me any information on why and just told me "contact HR.' I had been fired over a NCNS when I had called and out let my supervisor know the reason why.
