Pros

None that I can think of

Cons

I was assigned to American Water Company and honestly don’t know between cp360 and American water is worst. Training was poor, we weren’t nearly close to prepared when they left us alone receiving calls and having to solve issues and questions we don’t have solutions or answers for. Only help we would was through a chat were other 20 people were asking questions at the same time. Supervisors are zero helpful, and rude at times. Also a lot of technical issues for which you’re not being paid even though you have to stay in front of the computer. Hours are long and you basically have to see how to handle customers on your own just learning things on the spot and on your own about the software and procedures used by the company. Also there are no career opportunities. They are hiring a lot of people but of those who get hired only like 10% remains after a couple of months.
