No systematic procedure of doing things, poor time management, corporate politics

The employees were all on the same boat so the people around were good and helping.

The only toxic people in the company is the Managing Director and company's CA. They have ruined the company totally. The company is really stingy with employees taking leaves, even during emergencies. There is no time limits for your working hours. They'll promise you 10-7 pm job but you can never leave on time. Employees are made to work till late night and still women are not offered drops beyond 10 PM. Even if you do not have work, you are made to sit in office till late evening. The salaries are so late that you will have to go through financial crunch every month. This caused a lot of mental stress to me and my family that I was forced to leave the job. They did not pay me for whole two months and haven't even given me any certificate. Every time I ask for it they have a new excuse. The company is only surviving because of interns and freshers. Freshers are mostly hired because they are unaware of the professional culture and do not oppose to their injustice. I would suggest people to beware and try not to join this company.
