      Pros

      really not many I can think of. There are some good knowledgeable people working there who know how to "work the circuit".

      Cons

      where to begin. 1. location is horrible 2. physical office is disgusting and has air quality issues 3. lack of communication from senior management 4. The technology behind the name is not as up to par as the competition 5. Senior Management does not communicate honestly about how the company is doing.

      - great people, everyone trying to do the right thing - small enough you can still know everyone on the floor - interesting industry and problems

      Cons

      - challenges coordinating teams and communicating - tendency to take on too many things simultaneously and spread thigns too thin
